 I can not wait till you get the "rating system" up and running. Live Air was here today. No words can come close. Excellent sounds mundane. I was going to be late arriving at home for the appointment. But Moshe called and checked up on me, and worked with me. We rescheduled without a problem, luckily, the technician was "behind schedule" elsewhere. And this technician was more a magician, and comedian, and instructor.Which is well beyond "just" doing a damn good job.  Note: I moved into this house 2 years ago.   Was not aware that the dryer/lint had not been cleaned in years I've already recommended Live Air to our Home Owners Association.  If you haven't already had work done on your home,

Comments: I spent the entire day with two of the most professional men I have ever met, Mike and Moe. They spent 5 hours at my Hunter\'s Creek home in SW Orlando. They cleaned my A/C unit with this huge contraption after closing off all of the vents to my home. The contraption remained attached to my A/C unit for several hours. They also cleaned out my dryer vents both inside the house and outside on the roof. They cleaned all of the vents and the areas surrounding all of the vents in the celing of my home. The contaption cleaned my entire duct system. I was impressed when after they were finished they showed me the dirt and mold that had accumulated in my A/C unit over a 7 year period. I was appaulled. So, I also had them install an ulta-violet light inside my A/C unit which they said would keep the mold out of my home. I hope it works. I was told by Moe that if I decided to change my old thermostat (which he was qualified to install for me and even had a new thermostat with him on the truck) to a digital thermostat that I could save money on my electric bill. Consequently, my bill has come down about $20.00 per month so far. If you think that you will never see dust in your home just because you get this procedure done you will be disappointed. I still have dust, due to the fact that I still have carpeting, I believe. I don\'t know whether the Live Air system is all it said it was or if the intensive cleaning really did what it said it would do just yet, I just know that I feel better having had it done. I also had a wonderful opportunity to share  with two men my testimony of how Jesus saved me from a life of sin and I believe that God really wanted me to share my experience with them both. I do feel better by knowing that I had the entire house\'s duct system cleaned and I do like the new thermostat also I do see less dust than before I had it done... so the proof will be in the pudding when summer hits and I use the A/C unit once again. God Bless and remember Jesus died for your sins and mine don\'t waste any more time being a a skeptic to that fact... accept God\'s free gift today by asking Jesus into your heart to save you from your sins. Heaven will be your new home and you will never have to worry about Hell ever again. You will be destined to spend eternity with God in Heaven from that point on...you will never again have to fear Hell or eternal separation from God. The truth will set you free... Comments: True to Michael\'s word, the team of David and Kevin were here jusgt prior to 9:00 a.m. today. They did a thorough job, meticulously cleaning all vents. The blower fan of the air conditioner looked like a brand new fan after they were through cleaning the item. Comments: I just had your company come repair some ductwork at my house located at: 5120 Monet Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32812. I just happened to see one of your vehicles with a big trailer and your logo on the side of it one day so I called and I was impressed the minute I spoke to someone. Michael Johnson came and did the estimate for me. He was extremely professional and knowledgable, and the estimate was good, so I had it done. The guys that showed up were also professional and were able to do what no other person had been able to do before. The one man got in my attic (with no space) and was able to get to the duct and repair it without having to cut a hole in the ceiling, and they got it done in 45 minutes. After that I had problems with my warranty company and I contacted Michael who e-mailed an invoice to me showing the work was completed. When that wasn\'t good enough for them, I contacted Michael again and he immediately got on the phone with my warranty company to take care of the problem. Thank you for hiring such professional, knowledgable, and helpful people to represent your company. I would recommend you to anyone.
