The personal touch that this contractor had added was fantastic. He really worked VERY hard to get the stains out of the carpet. I never thought that it'll come out, and took alot of pride in it. He did a really, really good job. He was very prompt and very courteous.

Moshe came out and looked at the property gave me a quote and cleaned the next day. When I am done with my project he told me he would deodorize and sanitze at no charge when I call which I will after improvements are made. Other contractors gave me a phone quote only and was going to charge double the rate to do the sanitation and deodorizing. I feel that they did a good job.

Without question I would call them back. The quality level of there work was 5 stars. The dyer vent was clogged badly and when they thought they had it done it turned out there was more. They could of walked away but they brought their tools back and cleaned the vent again, until it was completely cleaned. They showed they where professionals.

The two men came out within the hour after first call and cleaned the vents. It was a very dirty job since it had not been done in years, if ever, They discovered many leaky vents and that the dryer had never been vented to the outside, They replaced one AC vent line and patched the leaks. Total cost was $450 for cleaning and patching.

Excellent job. Live Air Inc. did a very thorough cleaning of my new home's air system. Moe discovered and removed a great deal of mold that built up in the unit over time. This probably saved me from getting sick. He also sealed some fiberglass that should not have been exposed. They were on time and very professional. This is an important service and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

Comments: I spent the entire day with two of the most professional men I have ever met, Mike and Moe. They spent 5 hours at my Hunter\'s Creek home in SW Orlando. They cleaned my A/C unit with this huge contraption after closing off all of the vents to my home. The contraption remained attached to my A/C unit for several hours. They also cleaned out my dryer vents both inside the house and outside on the roof. They cleaned all of the vents and the areas surrounding all of the vents in the celing of my home. The contaption cleaned my entire duct system. I was impressed when after they were finished they showed me the dirt and mold that had accumulated in my A/C unit over a 7 year period. I was appaulled. So, I also had them install an ulta-violet light inside my A/C unit which they said would keep the mold out of my home. I hope it works. I was told by Moe that if I decided to change my old thermostat (which he was qualified to install for me and even had a new thermostat with him on the truck) to a digital thermostat that I could save money on my electric bill. Consequently, my bill has come down about $20.00 per month so far. If you think that you will never see dust in your home just because you get this procedure done you will be disappointed. I still have dust, due to the fact that I still have carpeting, I believe. I don\'t know whether the Live Air system is all it said it was or if the intensive cleaning really did what it said it would do just yet, I just know that I feel better having had it done. I also had a wonderful opportunity to share  with two men my testimony of how Jesus saved me from a life of sin and I believe that God really wanted me to share my experience with them both. I do feel better by knowing that I had the entire house\'s duct system cleaned and I do like the new thermostat also I do see less dust than before I had it done... so the proof will be in the pudding when summer hits and I use the A/C unit once again. God Bless and remember Jesus died for your sins and mine don\'t waste any more time being a a skeptic to that fact... accept God\'s free gift today by asking Jesus into your heart to save you from your sins. Heaven will be your new home and you will never have to worry about Hell ever again.
