Duct Cleaning |
A procedure designed
to maintain the life expectancy
of your Air Condition system and
duct work. It helps the system to
run more efficiently and helps to
maintain the overall appearance
by cleaning the supplies and returns.
Live-Air cleaning source removal
process is the only guaranteed system
designed to clean your air duct
system. “Satisfaction Guaranteed”
Air Duct Cleaning Process is
broken down in 3-Steps:
- First, you must block all
registers and supplies off.
This helps to create a negative
suction inside the duct system.
- Second, is where you must
start from the farthest point
from the Hepa Vacuum and use
Air Pressure to dislodge any
dirt and debris pushing it back
to the Hepa Vacuum
- Third, is where they spray’s
each vent with a disinfecting
fog that make’s up a material
called Micro Biocide. This is
material is designed to kill
mold inside the HVAC system.

 |
| Blower Clean |
A blower is what push’s
the air through the duct system.
Over time, this collects Dirt and
Mold on to the surface of the blower
cage. This cuts back the efficiency
of the blower and puts out a lower
CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute). Usually
the blower is a direct image of
what the Air Duct System looks like.
Blower Cleaning Process:
- They most remove the blower
if capable from the HVAC system
and then disassemble it. Next,
they will be cleaning the blower
with Acid or Non-Acid base material
depending on what the technician
deems necessary. Finally, they
will reassemble the blower and
return it back to functional
status.

| Coil Clean |
Coil’s are built to have
air pass through them and when the
air passes through it becomes cold,
so if part of your coil was block
and air couldn’t pass through
just imagine it like you are trying
to breathe with dirty mask over
your mouth; you will have hard time
pulling oxygen through that mask.
Your coil works the same way if
it cannot pull enough air through
the coil it can cut the coil efficiency
in HALF.
Coil Cleaning Process:
- They use a specialized material
designed to brake up material
stuck between the coils, then
they use a hard tip brush or
coil scrubber. They keep doing
this process until all dirt
and debris is none existent.

| Duct Repair
& Replacement |
Your
home's duct system carries the air
from your home's furnace and central
air conditioner to each room. Ducts
are made of sheet metal, fiberglass,
or other materials. Unfortunately,
many duct systems are poorly insulated
or not insulated properly. Sealing
your ducts to prevent leaks is even
more important if the ducts are
located in an unconditioned area
such as an attic or vented crawl
space. If the supply ducts are leaking,
heated or cooled air can be forced
out unsealed joints and lost. In
addition, unconditioned air can
also be drawn into return ducts
through unsealed joints. In the
summer, hot attic air can be drawn
in, increasing the load on the air
conditioner. In the summer and winter,
your furnace will have to work longer
to keep your house comfortable.
Anyway, you look at when you loose
air you loose money$$. |

| Flush
Drain Line |
What is the condensation
line? It is a line designed to take
all the water that comes from the
coil and send it out. (Average A/C
unit during the summer puts off
about 12-15 gallons of water a day)
Therefore, this water has to have
somewhere to go so that is why it
is important to keep this line free
from debris. |
|
| Dryer Vent |
Dryer vent cleaning improves the
safety and efficiency of your dryer.
As dryer vents become filled with
lint and other debris, drying time
increases and can cause the dryer
itself to overheat. This increases
energy consumption since the dryer
has to run longer to dry your clothes
and can cause fires in the dryer
or the dryer duct. Some dryer vents
are relatively short and straight
and can be cleaned easily by the
homeowner, but others are not that
easy and may require the use of
special tools and equipment.

| Ultra Violet
Light |
Fights germs. Germicidal effect
disinfects the air. Kills germs,
bacteria, viruses, mildew, mold
spores such as stachybotrys and
black mold, etc. as they circulate
through the ducts and past the UV
lamps. Help stop the spread of diseases
and sicknesses. Stops mold and bacteria
growth inside your central air conditioning
system. There will be no more mildew
and moldy odor from your air conditioner.
Eliminates the need to clean the
mold of the cooling coil and helps
decrease cooling cost. |
